Parker definitely won this fight, there were 3-4 swing rounds in the fight that could have been scored either way. IMO you would have to give all of those to Ruiz for it to have been a Draw.
Parker started slow and Ruiz won 3 of the first 4 rounds, not in a dominant way, he was just more active during the feel-out process. Parker basically won the rest of the fight apart from the last round which was close.
Ruiz was advancing the entire fight and that makes it look like he was winning, that may sway the judges when rounds have been close otherwise but its not an indication of who is winning.
Parker landed by far the most significant punches and combinations. During the middle rounds Parker managed to land ~5 significant full power at good range head shots on Ruiz (His chin is insane, and it did get tested). Ruiz didn't really manage to land a single shot like that the entire fight, the ones he did land were either at the extent of his range with no power or they were partially blocked by Parkers shoulders and it showed, at the end of the fight Ruiz was marked and puffy around both eyes - Parker was basically unmarked.
Close decision, but not the wrong decision. I would actually question the judge who gave it a Draw.
