Beer

Theres not many good beers brewed in the US other than microbrewery stuff so pretty much all imports for me. I have a lot of favorites though, depending on the mood.

Some favorites Skull Splitter, St Bernardus(wish i could get real westy) and Chimay, Monchshof, Köstritzer, Guinness, Stella, any of the Unibroue beers, a few wheatbeers, Spaten oktoberfest and optimator, Rogue dead guy, just to name a few.

And unfortunatly a lot of Bud and Natural light because that is all everyone gets kegs of around here for partys= (

Have been drinking my share of Mythos Beer, had never heard of it before going to Corfu, but to be greek beer, it's not half as bad.

And if the alternative is Heineken, I'd prefer water anyday so, Mythos is not bad.

Had a sort of light taste, like a blond version of Pied boeuf (pied boeuf is a low alcohol table beer, it's not drunk a lot nowadays)

Also enjoyed a few very nice cocktails, and a fair amount of gin and tonics

"Oh look at me, i drink alcohol...i'm so cool!"

You're all pathetic.

When all your friends, family and TRF associates die before you because of alcohol related conditions, you'll be left all on your own.

Then who'll be laughing Mr "I don't really enjoy drinking"?

:bleh!:

Well, the main glasses of tipple i tend to drink these days would usually be Stella, San Miguel, Holsten and Guinness.

I has a Guinness. With Port. It's settling right now.

We are but seconds from Greatness...

Just been drinking good old Greenalls in the pub in the next village along from mine.

Can't go past a schooner of XXXX or New.

I'm loving Hahn Super Dry www.hahnsuperdry.com.au (bloody good website and even better beer!!!!)

I tried that Peroni stuff the other night...not too bad at all!

The HAHN SUPER DRY is my favourite at the moment though. Its not too bitter, but just bitter enough! It has this crisp taste to it as well...can't really explain it.

Drank some Leffe today, A friend tried to make me believe it was the new and improved Guiness Light (wth?).
Academic year started today, and all the fraternities are scouting for new members, so the beer was cheap and diverse, the food crappy and inferior, and goodie bags were handed out to anyone who signed up.
I love Duvel, but must Abundantia play their music at 150dB? (Yes, we have a student club here who's sole reason to unite is Duvel)

I don't know if it's been covered so far but I'd say Magners is now officially cack. Don't know if they are using Golden Delicious apples or irradiated ones or something but it now tastes of nothing.

That is all.

(I know this strictly isn't a beer thing but it's close enough)

Well the greatest beer i ever try was the Pelforth, then of course there are leffe and guiness ! :)
