Aviva Premiership 17/18 - Round 5

Have to agree with commentators thetr we were very lucky with that decision.

I felt there was a wasp hand between the ball and cook for the first "knock on"
Not the second one though

Yeah wasnt sure on the 'first' butnthe second was clear and obvious.

Happy with the win though.

Yes but...
Comfortably the best piece of skill in the entire match came straight after it. It didn't affect the result, and would be a shame if that had been wiped out

Put £25 on Bath winning after about 10mins of the game

God for a game involving two "attacking" teams that was boring.

Don't think we're seen as a particularly attacking side. Probably kick more than anyone else, even Burns did nothing but kick when he came on, and he's supposed to be the playmaking 10

Is that wasps 3rd lose on the trot?

2 loses at home against two teams not in the top 4 currently not looking promising.

Perhaps wales will do a swap Gatland and Howley for Young?

Bath have beaten Saracens and Leicester this season. If anything in our table position we should be the ones more worried anout it

Is Blackadders thing to compare young english Bath players to NZ and Canterbury greats?
First Ford and Carter
Now Underhill and McCaw

Waiting for him to say Mercer and Read next.

Sinck has been cited for gouging,
If he's banned (not seen the incident, but if he did do it then he deserves a lengthy spell out) then we're pretty screwed at 3. Have to rely on the corpse of Dan Cole playing the full 80.

Time for a Henry Thomas scrummaging masterclass!

We might be waiting a while

Aren't they playing Saracens at Allianz Park next weekend? Could be a difficult day if the last couple of weeks are anything to go by.
