I kind of agree I mean a player stopping while running after being hit in the head says there's and issue and from a safety/welfare point of view I get it fully.

But some times being hit in the face just really ******* hurts and you need to stop, like a punch to the ribs, doesn't mean there is a need for a HIA

He's apologising for his smirk which means he did dive. He made a mistake in the heat of battle and said sorry let's move on and focus on his poor defence work at 13.
