A Political Thread pt. 2

I disagree with Richard I think Trump is making America a circus because that is what they get when elect a clown again. 🤡

Incidentally because it come up lately

It's interesting a study says that yet the results on the ground show trans athletes (specifically male to female) vastly outperforming how they should be doing statistically based on how much of the population they make up.

Not really sure how we can say they are at a disadvantage when a tiny subset of an already tiny set of trans male to female athletes are obliterating female records, particularly relating to strength.

Agreed.

It reeks of academia peering through tea-leaves and the entrails of a goat to make the data fit their original hypothesis while ignoring the blatant hard evidence in their face.

Which really does nothing but undermine the scientific method when it comes to other, less clear matters which do require trust in the process. Like why Global Warming really is responsible for the increased frequency of flood events.

Citation needed because littlemresults on the ground knowledge I have show otherwise just my statisical knowledge.

As noted previously in the NCAA of 550,000 there only 10 trans athletes. If like the UK 0.5% of people are trans you'd expect 2,750 even if there was parity. To get to 10 means the evidence shows they are vastly underperformed. Sure that 2,750 should decrease for trans females but it isn't going to be 10.

Evidence please.
Certainly goes against my understanding from dealing with trans-people (not top level athletes)
