Costello - 23, 58 club games, 14 caps 3rd season at int level.

One should be better than the other

I'm a big critic of Tompkins, but today he doesnt stand a chance. His 10 wont defend, cant kick or pass, hes having to do a lot of work!!!!

Feel for Costello a bit. He's be handed the reins at such a young age with basically zero support from an experienced player. Having said that, he's simply not good enough.

To be fair to Tomos, he has 4 different first receivers and his 10 is all over the shop.

You can only play the ball as quick as your team is set
