[2024 Six Nations] England vs Wales - 10/02/24

Punditry at its finest: that was pretty much "If Wales had scored more points, they'd've won"...

Two weeks in a row where we looked like the worse team for a lot of the game and somehow scraping a win against what are the two worst teams on paper.

It was a good win imo.
I'm not quite as hard on things as some I guess.

CCS needs to start at 6 but then again I can see the allure of having him as a impact player

Wales struggled to attack with all their backs, let alone being down one so the end wasn't surprising. This win will guarantee Borthwick stays in the hot seat for a little longer which is sad for England.

A lot of positives for the youth in the team, but a lot of frustration for Wales attacking shape as a team with all the possession they had first half. Lloyd isn't an international player, I thought he was over hyped at club level. The chance was there to win and I wouldn't have thought that at the start of the tournament given the mass change in that team and everything going on off the field.
