Or getting massively frustrated and ****** off refs which he has been guilty of in this type of game a fair few times.

People like saying this but what actual examples have you got?

I've seen more examples of Sexton helping his team with refs than hurting.

Carberry such a Chad when he fucks up a grubber it leaves the opposition tighthead injured on the floor, unlike sexton who fakes an injury when he messes up and gets a full team of medics on to pat him on the head and tell him he's still the IRFUs big special brave boy
