Padovani had a good game despite being out of position. It took 78mins for his complete lack of pace to be exposed. Fitting that we lose 14 points through wingers who really should not be there if there are any possible alternatives.

I thought we had overcome the mental frailty with assured wins over Georgia and Fiji, but alas not.

For me worse game of championship. Italy would find it hard to score in a free brothel.
France poor as well but took the few chances that came their way Italy once again exposed out wide defensively.
The RWC looks grim for both at present.
