To be fair to Schmidt recently he has developed an extra quirk in selections and here hoping Andy Farrell continues that.

Noted to was John Ryan was active in alot of 1st team work yesterday it was reported. Both Porter and Tadgh both trained too and bpth playing well. Hope there no injury risk that is there. Maybe its just Ryan getting mixed in too.

I wouldn't really associate Schmidt with picking on form. EOS and Kidney didn't know what that word meant though.

You might not remember but Kidney was 1 of best for rewarding kids with form in his Munster days 100%. And made big calls. So I think doing that and having a Slam and 2 HECs he did ok with his picking on form gambles
