[2015 TRC] Australia v New Zealand in Sydney (08/08/2015)

I thought Barnes has had one of his more consistent games, even if I don't always agree with his interpretation of certain rules. He certainly hasn't had a huge bearing on the result at the moment.

Grandstand finish here.

He's clearly favoured Australia. Even when the new front row came on he was making comments to the Australians about their scrum being better and to keep it up. Im sorry but for mine thats bull**** he should be reffing the bloody game not keeping score.
Bull****.
Clearly my arse.

TRY!!! all right boys - just don't **** it up from here

This Aussie side is worrying. Ever since Pocock came on against SA they have been impressive

Well played the Aussies!

However, as far as the Kiwi's are concerned it will always be about the big bad ogre of Barnes who is not their favorite ref but at least he, unlike most of his detractors, has two eyes!

The AB' have lost this as they did not cope with the enthusiasm, energy and determination of the Wallabies and the strength and skill of the whole Aussie pack.....never thought I would say that!!

England and Wales.....be warned, one of you will not qualify!!

The ball went wide when aus had more numbers.. They didn't earn the right, carters fault I'm afraid..

See post number 183!!

All I can say is wait for the Return match in NZ I gaurantee its men against boys. Barnes changed the shape of this game for me with what the australians were allowed to get away with at the breakdown and in general being biased due to a home crowd. He's super easily influenced and always has been.

If the eye patch fits..........
