2013 British and Irish Lions

I reckon there will be another set of official profile photos done when the Lions assemble.

Does anyone on here have the wherewithal to put pressure on Dan Cole to grow his beard again, via twitter and/or petition...?
The more the Props look like powerlifters the better, and that is a scientific fact.

So, as you all have noticed, the lions is announced a few days ago, and I am like thinking "what the hell is thiss??"

Defanately not the guys I would take on aus tour!! Why kerney? Why Warbs? Why Matland????

So many wings, too many the amount of time. Just f*king drop Matland/maitland please i beg of your soul. Ashton, where the hell are you buddy?? Does anyone else have any clues to ashton not present? Just amazing me, cannot truly believe this is happening :(

Such weak team strength depth EVERYTHING!! GRRRRR!! :mad: All you, everyone here, will be as angry as me, please! Hopefully gatland listen to us then, for like the first time in his HISTORY! Leave out Ryan Jones..... NO WAY MAN. How can anyone do this? Jones was strongest forward guy of last season.

Lions are freeakin weak man, i mean holy sh*t. Aus tears them apart, i hope. Would be worse if I was from britain, I would be ****** if from britain! You guys should be mad, haha!

Has been poor for a long time now. Lucky to have kept English shirt in some peoples eyes.
Ryan Jones I agree is unlucky.

Question to ask people is Hook completely out of picture even for standby now that he isn't going to Japan?
You'd think he'd be brought to keep match fitness up if in case of emergency he was required.

Great post RK, I fully agree. Besides, they're taking 2 English hookers, but they're missing the best one of all: PHIL VICKERY! Also missing Mark Cueto, Shane Williams.... jeez, it is so obvious that Gadland based the squad only on youtube highlights! How can you prefer anyone to Jonny Wilkinson, or Donncha O'Callaghan.

Hehe I get you man, you make fun of me for the time before. Great, great. Well done to you, har har (sarcastic laugh). The one i said Vickery was a hooker - I am new to watching ALL rugby, I make a mistake here... OH WELL. I am sure you too will make mistakes all the f*cking time too!

BUT, the joke you have of shane williamss..... welll..... let's say I think williams could go and Matland stay at home. Still think guy is fantastic! WAAAYYY better than Matland. Seriously, not joke this time.

Actually, if Shane Williams wasn't retired i'd completely agree. He would be in my lions squad if he was 40, and he'd probably win the tour for us too.

Royal XV did a hell of a job considering they were basically thrown together.

I want 2008/09 Lee Byrne back :(
 
21 of 37 players have some form of facial hair (Including that little fluffy thing on AWJ's chin). It's a great year for beards. Less of a great year for Ben Youngs, who looks awful with a furry face. Also not a great year for Alex Cuthbert's razor, which is clearly broken.
