but the star wars sequels made millions and most people still watched the last two seasons of Game of thrones....so it does work sometimes

The Covenant is brilliant
Westworld - celebrating its 50th anniversary. Yul Brenner plays a badass robot. This a great movie that has held up very well. I watched it again today.

Oppenheimer. Pretty good, wouldn't say I loved it but Cillian Murphy is very good in it. Only looked at my watch twice in the last hour which did start to drag.
The original from 1957 was great, and so is this remake from 2007. Yeehaw! I was born and raised in the American Southwest, about 100 years too late.

Shame. Really enjoyed the film but feel now it didn’t come across as genuine.
Reading that the smoking gun if he really didn't get a any share of his life story but the Tuohy children did directly, rather than set to inherit through the breakdown of his relationship with those people. Conservatorships do seem horribly open to abuse though. So really its all about if they handled it in an inappropraite way.

I suspect they will end up settling out of court. But will no doubt destroy their relationship. Seems like the Tuohys did make a lot from the film and book per the article $225k plus 2.5% net proceeds. No wonder Michael is angry they lied to him. The film makes out they adopted too.
On the one hand I can see why Michael is angry because the film presents him as a dumb black guy saved by a very rich white christian family.
But on the other hand would he have got to the NFL without them because it was true he was living out of classmate’s houses and he came from a very poor background where was essentially abandoned to fend for himself.

I hope this doesn't end up reflecting badly on Michael Lewis. I've enjoyed everything of his that I've read, it would be a shame if this creates nagging doubts over the validity of what he presents in his books.

yeh don’t know why it doesn’t work. Just an article of films based on lies - Braveheart, Titanic, U-571, American Sniper on the back of the Blindside.
