depends what era your born in, my dad who is well into his 80's absolutely despise SA[often yells at the tv 'fuckn cheating german ********'] ,he always has and always will, that applies for cricket aswell and i dont think it is because of apartheid or anything like that

Oh dear!

Wales and New Zealand being so simular, they should really be rivals. Or at least they would be in an action film.

I believe statistically speaking the All Blacks toughest opponents are ... wait for it, wait for it ... the Junior All Blacks!

I could be wrong, but I think they only played each other once, and that was in 1973, and the juniors won that match 14 - 10

This means they have a 100% win record against the ABs ... at the very least players such as Graham Mourie, who scored a try for the juniors that day, can claim 100% success against the AB's :p

Definitely South Africa. There is far more history there. It took us ages to beat them in a series both in NZ and over there and they have generally been around our level. Plus you have the 1981 tour and all that controversy. Australia would only be our rivals because they are next to us and that isn't much of a reason for them to be our best rival.

In the NH, France would easily be our greatest rivals. That have broken our hearts so many times.

I would have thought Australia surely? France and New Zealand is a bit like England and Ireland: A bit of confused and nervous pre-match banter followed by mutual beer drinking then lots of uber serious rugby for 80 minutes before yet more post-match nervous banter and exclamations of "bloody hell/bleedin' ell you beat us!" by whoever lost.
