What games are you playing?

Playing red dead redemption for the 1st time.

Then have cursed crusader to try out (only paid £3 for it).

Holy **** the new Rumble update for Rocket League is outstanding.
Seriously, if you've got the game give it a go it is outstandingly fun.

Meant to try it last night but dozed off, looks a lot of fun

Rumours that they're releasing it on PS4 soon
The rumours have been knocking around for a while, but this time they seem a bit more solid. Hope they're true as it's arguably my favourite game, and I don't have my 360 anymore to replay it

Heard so many good things about it so hopefully your right with a ps4 release

Anyone else downloaded the Fifa 17 demo yet?

Played it last night and I'm excited about "The Journey" addition to the game.

Just playing Far Cry 3 on pc, played it before but only got part way through it.
Really good game

Nothing at the moment, but I'm patiently waiting for Assassins Creed Revelations to release in November.

Are you sure you mean Revelations? That's been out for a while. Assassin's Creed has sort of become a bit meh for me. 1 was good but got really tedious. 2 and Brotherhood are still my favourites in terms of how engaged I was with the story. 3 was ok with some nice new mechanics but Connor was a crap character, his dad was a much better one. Black flag I think was the best overall gameplay experience and I got bored of syndicate before getting anywhere, although it does feel good. I just don't see how it keeps going, surely they are going to run out of eras as well?

Yeah, I was a bit perplexed when I saw he said Revelations as I played that a couple of years ago on the PS3. Maybe he means the remastered version for PS4.

I agree with you on the games. I'm an avid AC fan, it's my favourite series of games and I have the entire collection. After the Ezio era, I think it went a bit downhill for them and they tried changing the game too much.

The last 2, Unity and Syndicate is IMHO the worst. I hate the last one especially with the brother and sister.

I read somewhere that Ubisoft won't release a new game this end of year, as they are looking to improve the game significantly. So I'm hoping for the best.

Currently playing AC: Black Flag. Can't say I have been that overly impressed with this game either.

Ubisoft is almost as bad as EA, both are just different spawns of Satan.

I never got into the AC series, played the first and just found it dull. Played a bit of Black Flag when it was a free Xbox Games with Gold game last sumer, again found it dull and untidy.

Since then theres been so many games I have no idea who is who and where is when and what is how. All very confusing

It's Easy:

AC1 - Altair is the assassin and takes place during the third Crusade (1100's - 1200's)

AC2 - Ezio is the assassin and takes place in Italy during the Renaissance
AC2 Brotherhood - Takes place in Rome main enemy are the Borgias
AC Revelations - Still Ezio, takes place in Constantinople
All 3 takes place during the 1500's - 1600's

AC3 - Connor/Ratonhnhaké:ton is the assassin, and take takes place in the frontier, Boston and New York during the colonial era.

AC4 Black Flag - Edward is the assassin and he's the grandfather of Connor (AC3) and it takes place in the Caribbean.

AC Rogue - Assassin is Shay (a Templar) and takes place during the 7 years war, and fills the gap between AC4 Black Flag and AC3 and introduces AC Unity.

AC Unity - Assassin is Arno and takes place is Paris during the French Revolution

AC Syndicate - Assassins are Jacob and Evie, takes place in London during the Industrial Revolution.

Ok well now youve put it like that it makes me look stupid

Still not fussed about playing but may have a butchers on the old Youtubes for a playthrough to see if I get into the story

AC2 and Brotherhood are great games.

For me would rank it as (games I have played)
AC2
Brotherhood
These two are miles ahead

Black Flag
AC

Revelations
AC4

Skipped Unity, Syndicate etc though.

Even 4 and Revelations I found to be fun games and completed them.

They need to do a Japanese Ninja one or something now though.

There's a spin-off China one that is part of the Chronicles series, but I never played any of them though.

I think there are too many ninja-type games that it would make AC sort of lose a bit of it's identity with the theme of Assassin's and Templars. I personally would like to see one taking place in South Africa when the British, the Dutch and the Portuguese came to colonise the country and the wars between them as well as the indigenous tribes. I think a Zulu warrior would make for a good theme for an assassin...
