What are you listening to pt 4

Rise Against - Prayer of the Refugee

Rage Against the Machine - Maggie's Farm

Rammstein - Zwitter

I feel like a bit of angry rock in my life.

I'll tell you what I'm trying not to listen to is that One Republic feat. Timbaland. Omg I have to put up with it probably close to 8-10 times a night at work its a good song but its been thrashed to its bare balls.

roger waters : perfect sence
david gilmore : take a breath
pink floyd: run like hell
the who: wont be fooled agian
chris isaak: you owe me some kind of love

Loads of stuff by The Cure. 80s new wave is my current sound. That and a bit of ska (Capdown, The Specials etc). No idea why, just in a slightly off the wall mood.

Been listening to Tool and The Police a lot lately. Also Salmonella Dub, real laid back and mellow.

Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip.

These gents have an absolutely immense grasp of lyric writing. Probably going to be the next massive thing. Certainly in Britain anyway.

Common featuring Kanye West ---- Southside

Foo Fighters new album called Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace. If you're not a fan of thier music i doubt you'll like this one. Way more matured than thier previous albums though.

The Killers new album called Sawdust. Has some new and some older songs but still a worthwhile buy. I'm surprised I like it so much, was never really a fan but after listening to this album I realised how dynamic they can be.

The Strokes - Is This It?
Daft Punk - Alive 2007
Ratatat - Classics

...and loads of christmas music!!!!!!!

Muse - Stockholm Syndrome circa Nov 23, 2007 Auckland :) Awesome. [/b]

I found Stockholm Syndrome at Auckland underwhelming, but than again it just doesn't sound right without the full blooded scream and the execution commentry riff like at that Glastonbury concert.

There's also a preety good version of the Christchurch gig on Muselive if you still haven't found it, some songs are cut though.

Stone Roses - See Bangs the Drums
Silverchair - Emotion Sickness from the Neon Ballroom Album - Back when they were good and weren't spewing out **** like Straight Lines. Now Daniel Johns looks like a predatory gay and the drummer is trying to look like Dave Grohl circa 1991 (Shame he drums like a ponce now). The only one with talent left is the bassist.

Imo Timbalands new stuff is crap, sure hes still a great producer but his old material is alot better. He's been in the game for so long it's a shame that he had to make poppy **** to get the credit he deserves.

Anyway Im listening to

Nas feat Raekwon and Ghostface Killah - Verbal Intercourse

Mogwai are kicking ass right now. Specifically, Kids will be skeletons and Hunted by a freak.

Any other Mogwai fans out there? There must be, they're like kings in Scotland.
