Warm Up Match 1: New Zealand Barbarians v British & Irish Lions (Whangarei)

Laidlaw is so slow to pass the ball and the actual pass itself just slowly floats through the air... Nz babas so much faster in every area.

It's a big achievement to make Ben Youngs look like a passing master.

More Laidlaw really, Te'o at 12 just wont work either. If Sexton is fit he does the best with what he gets, asking a 10 to do well with Laidlaw at 9 is the sort of thing that gets Dan Bigger on Lions tours.
Was just havin a giggle.

T'eo at 12 and Daly at 13 would be better.

Bringing Laidlaw was a massive mistake. Never rated him. Gareth Davies easily the better player even if his decision making is suspect on occasion.

You know what in fairness to the commentators, they can't actually say they are playing **** and so having to come up with some creative statements.

As much as Best has been poor and the lineout is inexcusable, that is at least 3 over the ball turn overs for him. He really is like a flanker over the ball

Don't tease us with that glimpse of George :(

Sink did nothing wrong there as well, his support was shithouse
A tighthead on full charge is always going to take contact, why weren't they prepared to hit the ruck?

most tightheads would knock the ball on attempting a quick tap. No issues from me in him trying to speed the game up. Should be the scrum half taking the quick taps thiugh!

Finally - and yeah I'm gonna bring up Farrell's positioning kick, Sexton hasn't done that all game and it's what he's meant to be so good at

Faz running hard and flat at the line has changed the game already.
