(Very) early thoughts on the 2017 Lions

I would probably break my **** laughing if Roberts was picked. Would be a bit of a hoot all of the home nations' best ****posters united in disbelief.
Don't believe any of the speculation though. Gatland picking Roberts would take an unbelievable amount of pig headedness and ignorance I don't believe most humans to be capable of. I've long since doubted Gatland can be considered among that group of most people though. Dude is a ****ing monumental ****** ****.
EDIT: If you feel like that post had too much profanity it's actually had a decent amount of swearing edited down.

I honestly don't believe it, but if it is, Roberts surely has to be going as a midweek player to help teach the other the intricaces of Warrenball. Tbh the only reason Wales haven't mastered it is because it actually takes 37.6 years to master.

Edit: My turn to edit, I tried to take it seriously but I failed...miserably.

Centres: Roberts, Te'o, Henshaw and Davies.

Yep that feels like a Gatland selection is going to make.
 
I really hope Gatland has leaked all of this just for the lol's as it's all a bit suspicious that this many rumours are coming out, but I can't see it happening. Gatland has a way that he likes his teams to play and he will stick to it. The lions are getting a little taste of what Wales has been feeling!

I feel Roberts still has something to offer Wales as an impact sub, and I am a fan of his, but I just can't justify his selection over JJ. It's actual madness. I hope TRF/Twitter doesn't go into meltdown with the announcements tomorrow.

I'd check the match thread of Wales V England in the world cup on England team selection then multiply that by 4 nations. Because that's the level of Lancasterian stupidity we are heading towards.

Roberts, JDavies and Biggar were all in Geech's hypothetical squad. There's no smoke without fire. It wouldn't surprise me if that was released to soften the shock factor.

I lifted up his top while Alpha Raspberried him. BG8 watched jealously from the wings.
 
Given that this is a speculation thread, should a new one be started tomorrow with the actual squad listed after it is announced?
