TRF EA Rugby '06 NZ Tournament

hey guys, dont kno wif it has been mentioned but what are you doing about matchups?
me and my 06 crew have certain go to match ups that are even. just the classics such as

Wales v Ireland
Blues v Chiefs
NZ v SA
Waratahs v Brumbies

How do you decide match ups?

i am gutted i cant come. i live in Wellington but cant make it. would love to test myself against some "pros". We have kept stats from my crews rivalries. i have an 88% win percent amongst us. i just think my oppositin is average though.would love to see different styles at work.

Yep sweet as to come over friday everyone - Got my 360, Fightnight 3, NBA Live 06, MotoGP 06, Saints Row and PGR3. Spawn will surely bring over FIFA 06 and Table Tennis and maybe even his 360 to have both up and running.

Woosaah - no worries to work from my place, im working from home the whole duration of school holidays but have taken that Friday off so the desk is yours if needed.

Other games to play from my mind would be any good 4 player games.
I reckon no rugby till tournament day too.

"Rep Smep" honeslty what are they worth????? who cares, i think the biggest thing to gain from this tourney will be the bloody good laugh well all have with each other and the different styles of footy we may see. Oh and the famous marinaded Steak from GG.

If anyone wants rep points then they need to think about the significance of their e-penis compared to reality.

Oops, silly me. Thought they were there for a bit of fun, but fair call.

Don't stake my life on them either, to be honest, but part of helping out Getofmeland and St Helens is to promote their systems here on the board.

So, I won't bother checking my e-penis or reality for that matter. Good insult tho, lol. :lol:

Had a few games with woosaah last night. He laid the smackdown on me in most games so not fairing to well for me for this comp. Tried to take down the crusaders with my trusty hurricanes but they got smoked two straight, one of them by about 40pts. Woosaah must have a secret training facility that i dont know about.

A couple of times i was presented with the invisible kickbar when converting tries - is this going to be an automatic 2pts if it happens during tourney? or are we gonna just ignore it and hope it doesnt make a difference?


SETUP
We had a go at running both the projectors and looks like well be running with two for the comp. so thats 2 games going at once.(4 games an hr).
Think this is ideal as it leaves the others to watch, drink beer, eat steak(play sf2) and socialise, rather than just rugger , rugger , rugger.

Ill setup my 360 on the downstairs TV and the arcade machine is downstairs too. Fired up bbq last Monday and its all good, so be praying for nice weather otherwise ill have to put up the Small Marquee.
Will post some setup pics later tonight.

Same here.....bully did the bully on me again last night when we were playing. I think I need to re-evaluate what I am doing.....like what the hell am I doing going to Wellington to be shamed in front of a global audience lol!!!!!

So your house was the blue team house Danny.....man can't wait to see it in the flesh (wood/stone/etc)!!!

With the strippers performing.....don't you think it would be more appropriate if they did their thing in the backyard by the bbq? I may find it hard trying to concentrate with Manpower performing so loudly....
