TRF EA Rugby '06 NZ Tournament

Forget nxt gen, its ea, theyll just improve the graphics and remove all the features, and well be back to where we started. Realistically, on side view, your never gonna notice the new graphics. I hav NHL 2k6 on 360 and it looks just like regular xbox version. Maybe the Ps3 would do something better. But, at this stage i just want them to build on 06 as its a good solid rugby game, and if that means staying with current gen then thats fine by me.

since you guys up on the friday what about a practice session friday night wif drinks then hit town, comp on the sat, and sat night if need be and if it isnt finished we play the finals on sunday (though i think the torny would easily be finished on one day)

if there is time we could hit town after the final anyway, the winner will be tanked, well no actually the winner will be gg and he can win the chance to drive us around though if he flies, my car will only hold 5 ppl, havnt got a boot unless we knock someone else (i call dave)

You can play us Kiwis when R2007 is online......but by then we would be on another level due to our proactive Kiwi networking.....

...as CAI said....the more the merrier.....and the better.......nothing like a good home competition to prepare for online.

With the upcoming trf r2006 comp for Kiwis coming up......I can already tell that just like the real life game's early roots.....Kiwis will lead the way around the world again.

Latest update on my training: The other crew who we thought had a higher level of competition than we did......are now officially in these parts known as inferior to our group........so now my confidence has been boosted knowing we have a high level of play.....

We'll be up early on the Friday, so yeah have a few seeding games Friday avo, then maybe get some games in Friday night and have the finals etc on Saturday, then have a night out afterwards. Agree?

I think thats the best idea, going out on sat only after the tourny. I can hit the town anytime, but playing a tournament with TRF guys, well that dosent come around to often.

PROGRESS REPORT: During our last wekends comp one of the boys reckons he has figured out exactly how to do the "spin" or "twirl" move which occasionally comes up. However we had to take the game back to the video store that night so we will wait till next weekend to prctice it together. We must have spent about $500 hiring this game out all the time :lol:.....man....we better buy it one day.
