Transfers rumours

Said it on other thread. He will definitely get games and well all going well there's an option for us to extend deal

If he gets game I'm sure he'll make himself useful. He is on the brink of breaking into senior rugby and has bags of potential. Only time will tell of course.

1 thing I can guarantee is he will play. He will know Gerry Van Den Heever too which helps. I've seen all scouting videos of him and he looks very useful. I think his size will deceive people here as to look at him you'd think he isn't pacy or skilful but more a crash ball guy but I've seen plenty of him to know he has pace, lovely skills and can finish.

Salvi to Bayonne (I'm going to cry) Might explain the whole Dusautoir rumour more though.

IF we could have a 7 option of maybe Dusautoir and Matera I would be alright, but we need to get a 7 of Salvi's standard which there are not many of.

Toulouse would be crazy to release Dusautoir ! He wasn't very good last year, but after the recent match to the Aussies, we can say he's back !

Would not be down to Toulouse Releasing him as his contract is up next season. Rumours are that Dusautoir may be looked at as our Foreign Marquee player next season.

With salvi here I couldn't see that but if he is leaving who knows.

Wouldn't mind us trying to get Matt Tood though.

uhm "wasn't very good" ??? He was hitting prime form again for a good month before the injury. Then he had a slow return and wasn't the high activity FREAK he usually is, but I don't think we can say he had a bad year, esp. considering his early-mid year form. PSA-run France sucking dick collectively didn't help with his rep either, and Toulouse' horrible year.

This is all MO, who are notably iffy...

Paul O'Connell --> Pau
Duane Vermeulen --> England

I'd say Saracens, but they've already got Binny - though they do love to rotate, so could make sense. Considering the Boks pick players playing abroad, though, would they want another current-international 8?
Bath are the only other club with the cash to pull a move like that off. They don't really have anyone behind Houston, especially as they see Sisi and Fearns as flankers. Believe Houston was signed on a two year deal which ends this year, as well.

Maybe Leicester have finally seen the light and are looking for someone to replace Crane?

Burgess is most likely going to be our 8 - we don't need any more back-rowers, and Craig has basically already confirmed he wants to sign a mega-bucks SH.

I think it's probably between Saracens, Tigers and Saints, although I could also possibly see Bristol or Quins having a go.
Then again... it could also be complete ********.

Sale could do with a ball carrying Number 8 but I doubt they would spend that sort of money considering the state of affairs.

Sale have been linked with Josh Charnley although there doesn't appear to be a source plus he wrote an article in the Manchester Evening News about his love of Wigan and how he wouldnt follow Burgess to Union
