I'm gonna pipe up an argue that Gloucetrshire isn't part of the west country (to me it's always been a south western peninsular ie Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall) again and technically up north...You betray your own ignorance, we're the posh part of the Westcountry, the inbred part is Gloucester.
