The Ukraine War thread

"Pretty obvious stuff" - Has indicated support for murdering women and children.

Might be time to give the brain a rest there pal.

I'd like to propose a new entry for the TRF awards with worst first week in the forum and nominate our kiwi Trumper here. It's a long year go but I'm fairly confident it won't be beaten.
and to you the biden lover of the year award well done 🥁 added bonus for TDS 😂

didn't we have a kiwi or Aussie trumper during this first term?

pretty silly imho cause I'm pretty sure they are both on the shopping list

They apparently trained it for less than $10m against the billions by the yanks.

This is kinda in the wrong thread - but anyone else enjoying seeing all the arrogant yankee tech bro's being completely undercut?

Less than a week after they stood on stage with Trump unveiling their multi-billion dollar moonshot too!

Depends how much of the Chinese one works as well as it should. Let's just say there are things the Chinese have produced much cheaper and there's been a good reason why it was much cheaper. In general though breaking up any monopoly on an important industry is always good and seeing the tech bros undermined by good competition is much needed. It's just sad that it's very rarely Europe you hear that is doing the competing.

These last 3 posts should probably be in the tech / politics threads though

My concern would also be how much data from it gets sent back to the Chinese authorities.

It should unless Russia has created a great AI system....but it's not created a functional Air defence system so I don't see it happening
