Just watched Fury for the first time,
Passed me by when it came out, thank maybe because I wasn't overly keen on Inglorious ******** (I know, sacrilege) so I just dismissed it as a Brad Pitt movie rather than a war film

Really really good, reminded me of watching Battle of the Bulge and even Kelly's Heroes when I was a wee nipper

Watched Alien Romulus.

Think the reviews are about right here. It's okay and better than the other recent attempts, but it's a bit strange in places. The glaring moments are the beginning where they just stumble on the remains of the Nostromo (it blew to bits, but...yeah) and just how quick the alien(s) all seem to grow in this.

The Oscar-nominated star is reportedly "in final talks" to sign up to play the Hogwarts headmaster.

This whole project seems weird to me. Not to be cruel, but each season will be a book. There's seven books and this show will probably take ten years to produce...this guy is 79 right now. Fantastic actor, but...yeah.

lol didn't know Gambon was Irish as well until I looked it up. Although he got joint citizenship.

Lithgow will do a fine job as Dumbledore. He can do a great English accent. Just wasn't impressed by Depp as WW in CATCF. And that weird teeth storyline. Although funnily enough I preferred Gene Wilder as him.

I feel it might be that. Just an American version unfortunately. It's fine, but I'd much rather they did something new with the world instead of remaking what we already know.
