I really thought Francis would kick on at Exeter but he's really stagnated. Don't know if he should move on really but being a Wales international and being stuck behind Williams isn't exactly a great situation.
I can't really comment on the Exeter stuff as I only watch a handful of their games per season and the rest is just highlights but others have said he's done well there. I know what you mean though, if he was pulling up tress then people who don't follow them as much (like me) would know about it.
I did think that before, but if he says he wanted to go and was gutted not to get the letter - he could have easily just made it be known he didn't want to go
