Thats going to be part of the Bledisloe triumvirate isn't it?
The RC is all done and dusted now.
So we had a dead rubber against the Boks, and now we have another one coming up against the Wallabies.
Then the EOYT to the northern hemisphere where I believe we are not playing Ireland or England.
Very disappointing.
I'm sure whoever we do play will be entertaining but as England are strong at home (except in World Cups obviously ;-) ) and Ireland broke their duck against us in recent times in Chicago, so they will be hell bent on repeating the feat at home.
It means we have to wait another year? before we get to see England with home advantage against the AB's.

Mounga's been called in as cover for Barrett who's still not quite right in the head (though he is still in the squad)... looks like Sopoaga might get his start after all...
JTA's been called in too...
Romano and Retallick not in the squad for family reasons.

3 opensides being taken. NZRFU must be getting a bit jittery with the thought of mTodd going overseas. dont blame them, i'd be nervous too. todds our only international level, specialist fetcher at the moment.

not fussed about not playing england. it can wait. NZRFU are sticking to their guns and good on them.
shame about ireland though.

Sopoaga gets a big chance to impress.
Good to see Hansen and co. doing the right thing with barrett, he needs to be wrapped in cotton wool.
Another dead rubber away from home, it's always hard for the boys to get up for these games at the end of a long competition.
The Aussies have everything to play for...

My god. This game.

150 - 0: ABs. 100%.

Well thats some serious optimism right there.
I'm not seeing it that way myself.
I think this is yet another banana skin for the AB's as they look toward the EOYT.
I'm seeing a tight affair like the last game and I hope our defence is up to the task. More new boys get a chance to strut their stuff and any win will do me.
My prediction, a close game, AB's by 8 points.

Its one of those tough games to get up for mentally, AB's already have the silverware in the cupboard, probably more forcussed on the Spring Tour - but they still will want to win if they can. The Wobblies will see it as a chance to get an important win against the world #1 in the lead up to a tough tour - where we do play Ireland and England. I expect the Wobblies to field a full strength team, where as I expect Hansen will take the chance to rest a couple of key players.

I expect a tight battle, a Wobblies win would still be an upset, but if they are going to get one on the Kiwis, this is probably the game. I am with you TJB, AB's by not too many.

I spose I better check the odds - I might be incined to fill the bookies pockets again if its silly odds.

That is a tough tour with both England and Ireland on the itinerary.
That should be our trip but not this year sadly.
Beating England at Twickenham would be a feather in Cheika's cap, however, Eddie has had to wood on him so far and I don't see Eddie being too keen to give it up.

Ireland in Dublin will be an interesting one. I still have the money on Aussie to carry the day but it will be tough assignment.

The Aussies have everything to play for...
def. for ABs its a dead rubber, for Aus they have nothing to lose.

aus at their most dangerous with ABs nothing on the line. ABs will need to dig deep. perfect storm a'comin?

My bad, we dont play Ireland, its Wales, England & Scotland. I have posted a Wallabies EOYT thread.

bugga todds out groin strain
upside is ardieSavea's in

Ardie has quite a bit of experience now, I still feel he's a bit little at 7 , I'd like to see him put on some more bulk but not at the expense of his speed or workmate.
He's always a busy beaver when he gets on.

Where can I watch this in the UK? Don't think it's bejng shown on Sky

Sky Sports Arena, just about to start.

Edit: scratch that, looks like it's on Main Event, what would Sky's own website know?!?

You have to feel that Foley's issues with the boot are going to cost them. Despite being the much better team this 3rd quarter
