Suggestions/ideas for Rugby 2012

Or a superstar mode like in Madden.
-Greater Difficulty. (AI too easy to defend against and too easy to score against)
-Player Stats Editor (so a player can be updated if they are on or out of form or edit positions they play in. Also means if while creating the thousands of players, a few are statted correctly we can edit them and not moan on here =P)
-World League Mode to have option to manage International side as well as club and play the International season. (so if managing New Zealand play warm up games in New Zealand, Tri Nations, Tour of North etc then world cup) Or even a seperate mode for international seasons. as that would be really good.
- Player development, (improvement or getting worse) in world league modes (similar to the system pro evo used where old player get a little worse and young players get better), Retirement and 're-birth' (retired players return after a few seasons as young players again with different stats. again, as pro evo used)
- Kits. Please just make sure that they are as accurate as possible, as it was a little annoying that the wallabies kit wasnt *** fit or had the armour patches or quite the right colour. =)
- More motion captured run ups as they are good.
- Choose the team you want to start World League with and put them in division 3. (As a Saracens fan its annoying as i have NEVER been offered to manage them despite trying for years)
- The return of the format of scrums from rugby 04 and Line Out in 06. they were very good.
- Some form of competition in rucks to win the ball.
-Tackles near or over the goal line attempt to hold them up?
- More penalties. as most points come from tries in the game, if both your own and the AI gave away more penalties that would be more realistic.
- Matches going from day to night...even if it was simply the first half played in the day the second at night. would really add to authenticity of playing England V Australia at twickenham on a November afternoon!
- Classic scenarios with accurate teams and kits from tournaments gone by. (world cups, tri nations, 6 nations etc.) as the challenge mode in 08 was great, but almost undone entirely as you played the 87 world cup with dan carter at fly half in a tight fit kit.
- Return of the 'random' option for world cup settings and able to chose host nation. (it got really repetative playing France 07 world cup)
Thats about it from what I can think of but I really hope the new game has at least some of these elements. =)
P.S. Matt Gitaeu is LEFT footed doesn't wear gloves.

Make the welsh clubs official. i didnt like it when we had Neath-Swansea, Cardiff, Newport and Llanelli without calling them Ospreys, Blues, Dragons and Scarlets and having them with non-licensed kits.
Suggestions on upcoming rugby game.

Defense:While defending on the line, the play has always been easy to do a quick pickup and go by the attacking team with little for the defense to do when the defense tackles like they are in the middle of the field and easily gives them a try. My Suggestion for the defense would be to incorporate a quick option to attempt to hold up the player from scoring the try(of course the outcome would have factors helping like the strength and skill of the players involved) nad to also give the defense more desperation in defending the line when tackling and coming up as a line.
Customization: the customization is good but i would suggest to suggest having new custom teams(a choice of what city or region they represent, and getting to make up your own jersey or select a pre-made one. also giving the team a few of the player that are not rostered onto any team for default)
Updates: It would be wonderful to have regular updates for xbox 360 and ps3 version (such as for rosters, new significant players and occasional updates on greatly improved players)(that would be good for marketing as it keeps people interested with the game as it is being improved and updated maybe showing new challenges for the player)
Line-outs: The line outs are great, but i would like a little more in depth play for more advanced players. what i mean is being able to choose who jumps and lifts in the line outs (because in reality it isn't always the 2row who jumps, look at rocky elsom he's a back rower that jumps)
illegal tackles: i like this feature in the game but i would maybe suggest for it having extra styles such as shoulder barges instead of the usual coat hanger
Career mode:I love the career mode in the game. but it could be better with the team you can choose such as being able to choose any team(but giving you the **** players they have)
Overall i love the game, but those are the few ideas and improvements i believe that would make this game even greater. thank you again for reading my suggestions(i have heaps more suggestions but those are the ones that i believe to be the most significant)

Manager mod please!!!!!!!!!!!! I doubt this game will sell well if it doesn't have one... Especially if Rugby Challenge is going to have one!!

Offside: Change player does not switch to a player in an offside position let the CPU run them back onside.
Career mode: Build a player, earn attributes etc.
Scrums: Close ups for the scrum and zoom out when ball is ready to come out.
Tackles: If a lone attacking player is tackled and you have 5 defenders in a strategic position allow them to turn over! A couple of versions allow the tackled player to maintain possesion forever until support arrives.

A rugby legends team.
An all star world team of current players.
Choose formation and squad positioning in a similar way to fifa.
Instant response on a chip kick, no holding for power, a kick that's power is based on speed. Chip kicks normally result in a knock on as it's too slow to perform.

WE Need better a tackling system. Like a button for dump tackles. A button for Tap tackles and for other types of tackles like a quick tackle that would change depending on what speed a player is running. And they need a heavy tackle or strong tackle to really effect a player or teams momentum

Also a manager mode would be sikkThere should be a mode where you can create a team of legends and players of today. It would be awesome to have Jonah lomu on 1 wing and Chris Ashton on another
i am a huge rugby fan and after playing pro championship clubs on fifa 11, i think the ability to play controlling your own player on the pitch with your friends is a must in this game forming your own team online. It would make the sales take off. Obviously to do this you would need to add the pro section where you create your own rugby player and complete certain tasks to upgrades its stats. This would be amazing!
i liked the world league but that heffler guy realy ****** me off

I know Lol he was SO bad, it was way too predictable that you would just end up with him and people like Nawali and you could only buy a very limited choice of players which sucked. They should have the search database function like on FIFA where you can search for anyone available in WORLD rugby who suits the criteria (e.g 22-25 Fullback min rating 80)

the old style drop goals were awful, maybe a quick-time-event would be better? i.e. when you go for the dropgoal the play momentarily pauses and you have a meter similar to the goal kicking meter.

I agree with 'frontrow'. It wouldn't ruin the pace of the game, and it would be quite exciting if the camera swept in behind the kicker, Wachowski style, and presented you with some kind of aiming mechanic. If it was difficult to master, it would be exciting. An elegant solution, sir.

would love be a pro but doubt itll happen the defences need sorting they are so bad ! the opposition winger seems to be glued to the touchline and for some reason the defence dont go man for man they just tend to leave gaping holes for players to meander thru a set play creator would be superb mixing up switches loops pivots along with players running different lines
