France need to learn from this. Clearly the lesson is, if you're going to make wholesale changes, you need to go full shithouse and do something crazy… like playing a full backline of scrumhalves perhaps

This is in part down to the only tier 1 (and I hate that phrase) country who is helping to develop the game, massive kudos to Argentina and Sudamerica Rugby. Super Rugby America has really helped Uruguay and Chile (the now legitimate super rugby competion) what else have the superpowers of rugby done to develop the game?

True, would love to have a proper international series with NA
Imagine a 4yr event like a regional WC, with Arg, Uru, Chile, USA, Canada.
Maybe a 3rd Arg team in SRA will be added and bring back a Colombian team.
