[RWC2023] France vs New Zealand (08/09/2023)

I know the French are excited as F but the football levels of trying to buy fouls and the crowd jeering is annoying.

Stupid yellow to give away there

Yellow and bunker.

That's a red in some games.

I hope Jalabert keeps proving me wrong for the whole tournament. I like that he doesn't seem blessed with great athletic ability, but seems to make success with his brain and by accepting he is going to take contact because he ships the ball so late.

has to be a yellow, hate that it is because it's so hard for the players to time everything perfectly to avoid it, fully understand why it has to be though.

I feel like it's definitely a yellow in this case but sometime in this competition, maybe now, the bunker system will get scrutinised which it hasn't yet. I think it's a good system, but the moment you get an upgrading of an on field decision which is a bit controversial then I think it will get a bit more challenging. E. G if this got upgraded it would be wrong imo.

I replayed the Ioane pass and the only thing possibly saving it is I think he was running forward, so that momentum could impact on the pass, especially with the length of pass magnifying it. It has to be checked on a scoring play though surely. I would be raging if it was against my team that it wasn't at least reviewed.

I watch a bit of top 14 and he is amazing there. Very creative, more of a baller than ntamack. I think he has been decent but dupont seems to be missing his main man since he hasnt been clicking like he normally does.
