Not really, another game by EA canada (UEFA champions league) is coming out at the start of feb and its website only just launched a few days ago..

I don't think the fact we haven't heard anything means it's delayed, the lack of news is probably because they aren't showing it until they have a near complete product. There may also be minor things such as problems with licenses or online play so they don't want to make a press release until these things have been confirmed (or not).

this has to be delayed - i cant see HB bringing out a quality product without having the independents get a feel of their game
they are either scared that it will fail again
or they have learnt from their mistake from R2k4, where all news was a lie prior to release
dunno - maybe they got busted for blatantly lying about the game before 2004 got released

Meah, I still don't think that because we haven't had any news it mean's that it has been delayed.

Hey, that's a great find! My first post but been following this board for months! Seem to be plugging the hits a fair bit, hoping for some Hit-Stick action like madden, although hopefully not with the ridiculous ball-spillage of WCR! Would say it looks a huge improvement, although little actual gameplay was shown- all seemed to be about the bosh! Still gonna hold fire until I see the ball mechanics and more open play, but a very encouraging video...

Looks great, sort of expected that since we knew it was on the Fifa engine.
Just watching it a few times to digest.
I like the way the players interact, I hope it's varied though.
Look like fairly manly celebrations now (see
oug Howlett, 12th sec), none of big hugs from 04, haha.
I like the emotion, players looking stoked, disappointed, gutted with their team mate etc (see Serge Betson(sp?) 13th sec). The guy behind him looks absolutely ****** off and Serge looks disgusted with himself.
Looks as if there will be decent animations off the scrum.
Weird looking tackle in the 24th sec.
Let the flow of information begin....

Yeah, taken a few looks myself... Tackle animations look good, but hope they vary them and implement them well depending on who's doing the tackle and the angle its from... don't wanna see Sailor getting knocked back much... well, maybe if Jonny hits him... Presume this means a website is coming? And the fact it says march at the end is good for me... but i always have been an optimist!
