Premiership Rugby 22/23 - Rd 10

What has Ben Earl said to EJ to not be in the squad.
Surely after seeing Simmonds as well yesterday, explosive power and pace is where the game is.
No. 8 for England Simmonds or Earl, especially if they are going to play a lock at 6.
If either were a AB they would be playing

Ludicrous decision.
ludicrous comeback

For the record, a penalty at worst. Not sure what the TMO was seeing (or not seeing...)

As much as I appreciate the scrum and realise without it gets more like league having it uncontested isn't half making this flow so much better and less fannying about.

And that one was much worse... on (former Worcester Warrior) Tom Howe...

Sean Edwards was ahead of his time, trying to improve the flow of the game...

In the context of the game the colour of the card makes FA difference, it can be adjusted accordingly post match.

Well discipline wants again letting us down , just not good enough.

I would've bet good money on that being a knock on, looked so obvious live

How good was Earl, massive involvement in most of the comeback scores.

6 - Hill, Willis
7 - Curry, Underhill, Earl
8 - Mercer, Dombrandt

Yet we have
6 - Itoje
7 - Curry
8 - Binny

So frustrating seeing the options Jones has but is too stubborn to properly look at.
Any combination of that group would be far better than what we have.
Would like to see a Hill, Curry, Mercer trial game v Willis, Earl, Dombrandt

I don't disagree, but in he interests of fairness, Mercer can't be picked and Dombrandt is only just back from injury.

As much as I like Earl, I'd still put him behind Curry and Willis and I don't think he's a 6 or 8, so he's really only competing for one spot.
