I'm not too sure what you mean by that esoj. Why would many ps3 games support the keyboard? I'm sure there's something you mean that I haven't taken into account.

oh man, i'm still another month away from getting my ps3. i had a 360 but it was always bugging me that i had switched allegiances as i was a sony man through and through. so i sold it last month to a mate. was supposed to use the proceeds to go towards a new ps3 but it sat so long in my bank account and not m savings account it all went down that drain where all the beer gets tipped down!

Whew lucky for me then...otherwise I would be ranked 4th as the best PS3 Fifa08 player on TRF. At the moment I am third of our huge PS3 Fifa08 community. Ok so there are only 3 of us but saying "third best" sounds better than "last place".

Now that you are gonna get one SLOWLY it gives me more time to practice (even if practice means getting my ass whipped 7-0 by random online people).

One day I plan to score my second ever goal....maybe it will be against the computer...but who knows...it might be against a person...what a day that will be hahahahahaaaaaaa!

Haha I am under no illusions about my ability. I have to adjust to the slowness of the game and the way the players respond so much more differently than previous versions. So with about 10 hours game time under my belt I can say I am definitely a beginner....cos if I were any better you would never hear the end of it haha!

Don't we know lol! This version does have the longest turn around from pick up and play though, possibly due to them making it more realistic than previous versions. Also the best games are the ones you aren't kicking arse in from word go... a grower if you like.

True...yeah it will make a BIG gap between the top players and the average beginner type.

the point was that only one game unreal tournament 3 supports the use of a keyboard that I am aware of and it would be silly to get a keyboard for just one game. nothing really hidden in there and I agree I don't see many games supporting the keyboard either on the ps3.

Mind you, the keyboard would be great for messaging. I quite often don't message anyone because of how long it takes to type the message with the default method using the controller.
