Scotland Vs England

Big game for both sides, Line ups to follow.

England to win.
Scotland at their disruptive best, but England leaden of foot and brain. I just don't understand the back row selections for England and their constant inability to control the breakdown - it's killing them. Jones has real questions to answer.

This is easially the worst we've played in the EJ era hell I can't remember in the Lancaster era we played this bad.

I can, it resulted in a 30-3 loss to Wales and being kicked out of the world cup.

Rugby club im in just did a beautiful round of flower of Scotland here beside the aviva. I don't mind who wins but Jones is a class player.

To be fair, Nige is a breakdown nazi but we're also finding out how much our poor breakdown has been covered up by french referees who couldn't care less about that area of the game.

Scotland are playing lovely attacking rugby. But England dont even need backrow balance necessarily. If they just ran with pods and organisation they would have support. The issue is isolation. Relying on your backrow to try and get there would be sorted by just getting care and ford to control the game.

The worst thing about this is that it's pretty much guaranteed the next 5 annual 'Scotland are genuine contenders for the 6 Nations ***le this year'.

We weren't that bad in the world cup I mean we were terrible but not this bad.

But the 30-3 loss again Wales in Cardiff in 2013 yup its that bad. But Scotland don't have Steve Walsh on their side not having a bloody clue at scrum time(Owens has been poor but not that poor).

Getting outmuscled, outbattled, out enthused. Back row problems coming to the forte now. If you miss tackles and get driven back as consistently as England are, this is what you get.

I'd be tempted to bring Teo or Nowell (or both on) but the forwards need to find some aggression because our outside backs are being asked to cover too much space. Think Watson needs to shift to 15 as well because they're are counter attacking opportunities out there and we need to transition much more quickly from kicks.

Fair play to Scotland though this is the team I thought that was playing at the start of the tournament. Glad they turned up.

That's it innit. The lack of a back row explains Scotland having the quickest ball possible but ball retention is down to organisation and hard work, England's "back five" lack both so far.

Care and Ford don't have it though, I'd be looking at Wiggles and Te'o on for them.

Well they certainly made England look rank rotten in that first 40.........challenge for Scots will be to back it up for the next 40 and then the next game

What the **** was that turnover?!
Owens is a joke

Edit: and that one

Hands in the ruck no longer exists apparently
