Italy v Ireland

So does Jason Leonard's, but I wouldn't start him in the next England match :p

I never said ROG should start any game jus that he isn't that bad a player

ROG is a great player and his tactical kicking is class but his defense just woeful. Sexton is better than ROG and his tackle on Geldunhuys (Spelling?) was beasty. I have always said O'Gara is a great player to use to try and close out tight games and he proved he is still an important figure.

Said it before and will again ROGs cv speaks for itself :)

Yeah, in 2009 it reads:

- Took Credit for O'Driscolls work during 6 Nations. Gave last second penalty against Wales. Relied on a Stephen Jones miss. Took all the credit.
- 2nd choice for Lions tour based on Six Nations. Took credit for O'Driscolls work.
- Pussied out of tackle. Gave away 10 points which cost Lions series. Never played for the Lions again.
- Became universally hated.
- Wrote letter to press. Told them "how dare you talk about me like that". They told me to **** off.

It was in fact Paddy Wallace who gave away that penalty if memory serves :/ your confusing it with when he gave away last second penalty Vs the South Africans to lose that test :p

Technically it was O'Gara who made the "tackle" which caused the penalty. Check for yourself. ;)

Tis true,
Go to 6.28, Wales have the advtange, RJ runs on and into O'Gara for the penalty :p
Technically it was Wallace in from the side, but then O'Gara caused the advantage to turn into a penalty - so everyone's right

As an aside, it's weird to see Henson in a Wales shirt, I forgot he played in that 6N

The penalty was given by Wayne Barnes for hands in the ruck by green 21 (Paddy Wallace) Check yourself. O'Gara wasn't even part of the ruck you see him walk in to the screen shot after the penalty is given as he wasn't even near the breakdown.

He's done more than most in the game. Has been blessed with bags of talent, and on his day was one of the best players in his position in Europe.

Unfortunately he also is retardedly nieve in his dealings with the media. and he's a bit of a cock

Urgh, should've just gone through the phases to get into DG position if he really wanted to win

Now to cheer everyone up:

Ragdoll O' Doormat

I've always been a big ole fan of Rog bashing but someone pointed out to me the other day that despite being a rubbish tackler he still throws himself at the player. More a speed bump than a doormat. So I have a tiny but of respect for the way he just keeps getting back up and trying even though he can't defend for nuts.

I'd have some respect if he actually went away and worked on his tackling. He's a pro rugby player and has never taken the time to improve a fundamental weakness in his game. Shocking. If Olly Barkley could do it then why couldn't he?

Grow up people. ROG isn't a bad fella. He's a big ego alright but why does that bother you so much??

Like him or not he's been the difference in winning more games than most players in the world.
