I guess that proves that South Africa and Argentina are the most extreme far right nationalist rugby nations that don't welcome visitors from other countries who are merely seeking a better life for themselves and their families.
The issue with Argentina is that most of the foreigners come from countries with no rugby tradition like: Bolivia, Peru and Paraguay. Meanwhile in NZ or Australia most of the foreigners are rugby diehard supporters

There is 100k Fijians living in Australia, the largest expats community of Fijians living abroad. The largest Kiwis expats community is also in Australia and there are thousands of Pacific Islanders living there. The other day in Rugby League, the Kangaroos (Australia) faced Tonga in Parramatta and they were visitors in their own country. Something like 70% or 80% of stands were Tongans. The same in NZ, the largest Pacific Islanders ExPats community are there. South Auckland is almost like Apia or Nukuʻalofa. For some reason Tonga Rugby League national team and Moana Pasifika play in South Auckland their homes games.
