We've got refs making up new laws now. In the Scotland v USA game, the Scots player made to take a quick 22 and was immediately tackled by an American. Leaving aside the fact that this should have been a penalty to Scotland for preventing the kick being taken, as the US player retreated, the Scot tried the quick one again, only to be stopped by the moronic Pollock. "You can't draw the tackle, then take another quick one." Where the Hell did he get that one? Reffing on the hoof.
