Bonus Points in Pool Stages

Well, I like the current bonus point system as it stands, so we'll just have to disagree.

Think for me the concern is if a team wins more games than another team but still misses out because of bonus points is just silly. Just like the Japan-South Africa scenario. You could have the bonus points as a tie breaker if the wins are level but I reckon if someone wins more games than another team, then they should go through, simple as.
