14 Demas - very very fast, ex Bulls player and Bok 7's
Can't say I have heard of the rest baring the 2 centres and can't recall where
England should wallop these guys.

I don't really understand it, I thought maybe a nice combination of cheetahs, bulls and lions who didn't make the selection would play

I recognize a handful of players but only because they represented the Pumas in last years Currie Cup.

How great would that be? North Barbarians are Cheetahs, Lions and Bulls, South Barbarians are Sharks and Stormers

wow, nice thinking there
I bet you both those teams will give the England test side a fair go

They're playing in Potch!!

oh great, on the week where exams end... Let's get hammered and moer some pommies! hahaha

hopefully there will be a good vibe around the stadium...

So what did you guys make on the match?
Any players pushing for a test spot put after their performances?

Pity about the Monye that got injured, always thought he had great potential
I am missing a name of another black England winger a few seasons ago, was a very good player - help me out here please and what happened to him?

Sackey? Benjamin? Ojo?

Good enough game, enjoyable to watch and the sort of dominance we'd expect - although not all one way, which is pleasing. Our defence was crap, we need a defence coach asap. Players who imo put their hand up for the test team

Tom Youngs - in the loose anyway, was convinced by lineout, and then I watched how slow the ball went, and now I'm not again
Carl Fearns - Although he faded in the second half
Lee Dickson - Well, he'll be there
Anthony Allen - An English centre with hands and brains.
Nick Abendanon - Looked sharp
Jonny May - Jesus christ he's quick. And sharp.
Christian Wade - Always useful ball in hand

Just watching this now.
I know I've said it a lot before but I would love to see Fearns given a shot at the 6 shirt for England in the Autumn. He's the kind of 6 we need (because a 7 he ain't).

This can't be right, but Fearns' profile on the RFU website says he is 117kg (18st 5lb). He's a physical player and solidly built but can that be right?

Wikipedia has him at 17st13 which seems more believable, however he's similar size to Morgan who is 18st5 so I could imagine it.
Rugby players are huge

A backrow of 6. Fearns 7.Haskell 8. Morgan would be pretty beefy, plenty of shove there. Thats what we needed for the first two tests...
