Do we have any idea when this flippin panel will come up with their findings and when we will find out if Lancaster stays or is to be replaced?

Dan Jones for the Evening Standard wrote an article that was 'exclusive' a week or so ago, saying the finding are due for November 17th. What he actually meant to say, was he found out the publicly available information of when the next RFU Board meeting is, and has easily assumed this regular meeting will be the date for when the findings are presented back to the RFU board.

Ah I see...

It just concerns me...how ever long this takes, if Lancaster is NOT the man then the new man is missing round after round of games to watch the potential squad members...and their form/ abilities etc.

Yeah but we're touring the team who could be world champions(even then second place). Why wouldn't we want to try our best against them in their own back yard?

Because it would possibly badly affect our ability to try our best against everyone else going forwards. Those boys need a rest. In an ideal world, no one who was in the World Cup training squad would go.

Obviously that's completely not going to happen but Cockerill has a point that the scenario would be better avoided altogether. Having a Saxons tour of the US or Georgia or the Pacific Islands would make a lot more sense to me imo.

Solid questions but with my cynical hat on, I feel a fair few are redundant because they cover areas that simply weren't addressed or, perhaps, even considered. The breakdown/combating Pooper are the most obvious examples. I'd love to see all of them answered. Living the dream.

Very good, top 4 for me are:

Would the coaching team care to comment on the discrepancy in performance and selection from the win against Wales, in Cardiff, in Feb 2015 and the loss in the RWC game 6 months later to a weaker Welsh side at Twickenham?

Given the record set out in the table below, why is it necessary to have a panel to review Stuart Lancaster's performance? Does under-performing even Andy Robinson not constitute a total failure?

If failure to win the Six Nations in four attempts and not getting out the World Cup group is an acceptable return on investment, what would be considered an unacceptable return?

If it takes time to build a successful team, explain how two of the World Cup semi finalists have coaches that had been in place for less than two years coming into the tournament?

One finalist has done it a half a rugby championship and some warm up games...

Specific selection questions

For what purpose was Henry Slade slected as part of the 31 man squad?

If Owen Farrel as you suggested in the press conference before the Wales match was your first choice fly-half, why did he not start any of the preceeding 3 games (2 warm-ups and 1 tournament game) in the fly-falf position?

Yeah, Lancaster's 4 years to not even know his team looks worse every time I think about it...

Hey perhaps we should come up with a Therugbyforum manifesto of all the complaints problems, inconsistencies with Lancaster's time. Slightly massive task!

Good concise questions

Also do they feel that they contributed to the current circumstances around Sam Burgess.

They should give us free reign for the 6N.
If we do better than Lancs (i.e. more than one good performance) then we get the gig full time.

I should be Head Coach.

Nobody wants the full Tigers team playing for England

Through all of our criticism of SL it has been agreed that he is a good honourable fellow, however the fact that he hasn't steps down makes me think that is perhaps not the case.

Either he thinks he has done ok and wants to stay in the role and see out his contract, or he is taking advice from others telling him to wait and see!

I don't think he is a good honourable fella I think he has managed to spin it that way.

Being one of the first in the anti Lancaster camp I should be considered head coach.

England team of
1) Mullan
2) George
3) Cole
4) Kitchener
5) Slater
6) Clifford
7) O'Connor
8) Beaumont
9) Youngs
10) Cips
11) Nowell
12) Eastmond
13) Manu
14) Watson
15) Tait

16) Taylor
17) Waller
18) Wilson
19) Attwood
20) Ewers/Kvesic
21) Simpson/Robson
22) Ford
23) Brown

Original 23 had a lot more Tigers players in it (pretty much 20 out of 23)

David Attenborough is a good honorable man but would he make a good rugby coach.

How can he possibly think he's done ok ? We have gone from 5th to 8th on his watch, unless the rankings are false, he has not done ok.

Over the next four years we will have a rake of youngsters coming through to the first team, youngsters who have been winning tournaments, do we want to give Lancaster a chance of building a young inexperienced team again ?

I'm sure he could win a 6N grand slam, maybe even command NH rugby over the next few years, but I don't think he has got what we need to beat the SH and win a WC.

I think Eddy Jones would be the best man to take the post up. That would include his staff.

Even as a fellow Tigers fan that is too many...

1) Vunipola 24 years, 27 caps(/Mullan only this way round for style I would want)
2) George 25, 3
3) Brookes 25,15
4) Launchbury 24, 28
5) Slater 27, 0?
6) Clifford 22, 0
7) Kvesic 23, 2
8) Beaumont 22, 0
9) Youngs 26,52
10) Ford 22,17
11) Nowell 22,10
12) Slade 22,2
13) Joseph 24,16
14) Watson 21,15
15) Brown 30,43

16) Taylor 23, 0 (/LCD)
17) Mullan 28, 9
18) Wilson 30, 44
19) Attwood 28, 20
20) Itoje 21, 0
21) Robson 23, 0
22) Manu 24, 26
23) May 25, 19

Turns out it is quite to pick a team from what we currently use.. Was trying not to tinker too much... I guess Slater would be captain? And is this team too inexperienced that a gradual change may be needed?

Starting caps only 230, caps in the 23 is 348.

Edit: I forgot Auterac...

Well your not getting a job in my coaching staff with that team.

Incorrect usage of "your", that alone means you can't get the top job. Arrogant English, thinking they can arbitrarily use words incorrectly and get away with it!
