England EPS 2016/17 season.

I think it's more likely to be Mallinder and an under 20s wing or fullback.

That seems an area we are maybe looking for change in.

Walker have a very high reputation, so I could see him getting an early call up if he starts well for Bath, but this autumn off of the back of his showing over the summer? I can't see it.

I know we are in championship but Williams could be fast tracked he has already proved he is a good enough player at prem level and none of the 12s in the squad are absolute quality

I guess with our lack of 12s trying Williams and Mallinder wouldn't really hurt us.

When's his squad released?
I'd go for:
1. Marler, Vunipola, Genge, Mullan
2. Hartley, George, LCD, Taylor
3. Cole, Hill, Brookes, Sinckler
4. Itoje, Launchbury
5. Kruis, Lawes, Attwood
6. Robshaw, Ewers
7. Harrison, Kvesic, Underhill/Evans (Depending on Underhill's availability)
8. Vunipola, Hughes, Beaumont, Clifford
(26)

9. Youngs, Care, Robson
10. Farrell, Ford, Slade
11. Nowell, May
12. Tuilagi, Mallinder, Te'o
13. Joseph, Daly
14. Watson, Roko, Yarde
15. Brown, Haley, Goode
(19)

Will Hask be fit by then? If so, than at 7, if Underhill's available then replace Kvesic. If not and Evans is in, then replace Evans.

My squad would be near identical to that but given that Farrell and Slade are more likely to be playing in the centres for a while yet, I'd want to find a place for Cipriani.

I'd probably swap out one of Sinckler, Brookes or Mullan depending on form.

Walker is clearly rated highly but he hasn't played an AP game yet and from what I've seen he doesn't have such Itoje-like potential that I'd be inclined to promote him ahead of more proven options like Taylor or LCD who are still very young anyway.

TRP saying that Eddie jones will have a 45 man squad and a new 20 man development squad.

65 players total?! Bloody hell... I would imagine the 20 man development squad is for some of the U20s plus the young EPS players (Genge, Hill etc.)

Okay, question. Imagine you're Uncle Eddie. If you could get breakout seasons from three players, which three would you want it to be?

1. Will Evans - he's shown massive potential as the kind of all-round 7 we've been missing, so I'd like to see him build on that with Tigers this season.

2. Max Malins - looked very good as a fullback stepping in as a 2nd receiver. Apparently got rave reviews at Old Albanians last season, so I'd like to see him break through with Sarries.

3. George Nott - also looked very good for the U20s. As a big, aggressive 6 with a really good turn of pace, so I'd like to see him break through in to the senior side at Sale.

Away from the 'breakout' players, I'd like to see the following build upon their breakthrough last season:

Harry Mallinder - simply put, I'd like to see him playing week-in, week-out at 12.

Sam Underhill - may look like an odd choice, but I'm hoping the hype is justified and he really kicks-on this season with Ospreys.

Joe Marchant - with Lowe out injured, he has a chance to establish himself at Quins. With JJ and Daly ahead of him, he's unlikely to challenge for a centre spot for England yet, but is definitely on for the future.

Ellis Genge - looks like he made a real impression at Tigers last season, so I'd like to see him get plenty more game time this season.

Above all, Robson. Both our current 9s can have match breaking moments but we know that neither is the answer. This is crucial as the 9 sets the tempo and tone for the whole team.

Mallinder. I really want to see him make an unarguable case for 12. He looks like he has the ideal mix of skills and physicality.

Genge (or Auterac). We're missing a LH who can be dominant in the tight as well as good in the loose.

Underhill. I wanted that anyway, but there's a real opportunity with the Hask injured.

That's 3 isn't it?

Maybe I misread the question - I focused on players with potential making a breakthrough with their clubs.

If it's specific to a breakout at senior level with England my three are: Robson, Underhill and one of Beaumont or Hughes.

In the TRP he is quoted as saying they have a good relationship with 10 an average one with one and a dud with another

Ah OK. I'd guess Tigers, haven't they already butted heads over Manu a bit?
