or maybe Former All Black Troy Flavell or Current All Black Angus MacDonald.
You really telling me Collins should start ahead of them?

DIfference was your weak foward pack back then. THis yr you have a good backline(nowhere near the Hurricanes of 200 and 2001) and you have great fowards.Originally posted by 187@Dec 3 2005, 11:59 PM
hell yea i'm real excited about our hurricanes team this year, we've got like 11 all blacks, so hopefully they play like their all blacks.
knowing our luck tho, we always get shat on.. remember that awesome back line we had with Jonah, cullen, alatini, fa'atau, umaga.. man that had to be the best backline in world rugby at the time but we couldn't even win a friggin S12!!!
Nick Williams will play 8, he was nay unstoppable in the short time last year, and if Flavell wants to get into the AB's again, his best chance will be at 6. As well as that, Greg Rawlison will probably start at lock along side with Ali, Jake White wanted him to be a Springbok so it's hardly like he is bench material.Originally posted by ..::ERIC::..@Dec 4 2005, 08:09 PM
Angus MacDonald is good, but do you really think he can play 6 and 8 at the same time?
What the hell Ripper can you read?
And Flavell will play lock.
Anway I'm not saying he will start, I just said there isn't anything wrong with that combo if Collins is captain.
Mealamu will probably be captain anyway.

I'm just saying he is one of New Zealand's best back rowers and the best blind flanker next to Collins. Shouldn't he be starting for Auckland?
in refrence to your predictions, or what you said before that.Originally posted by loratadine@Dec 5 2005, 11:31 PM
