This might be a bit of a disliked comment, but is anyone else getting sick of the clapping for the NHS and the endless amount of people, what I would call virtue signalling, by doing fundraising for the NHS and charities?
While Captain Moore is a fantastic individual for doing his fundraising, but I am more disgusted that it has come to this - namely a 99 year old man doing laps in his garden to help fund the NHS.
I get looked down on by people I know for not clapping for the NHS, but those same people who clap for the NHS also vote Conservative. It just boggles my mind.
Is there any similar clapping for key workers in other countries?
