And he still can't get it in his thick head doesn't want to believe/spinning the narrative that just because USA has more testing doesn't mean they have more cases.

There would still be cases even if they didn't test them; they just wouldn't know about them and where they are spreading it.

He takes no account of people who have/had the virus and survived it but are still suffering the After effects of it, which could be long term. In his thick mind, it only counts if people die from the virus.

All he's concerned about is the numbers don't reflect badly on him. He has since early on in the Pandemic with the cruise ship and complaining about the sick affecting his numbers. He hasn't changed one bit.
