Actually, I've always thought TDS is the wrong way round, it's really for the people who blindly believe strumpet and are totally incapable of doing any research or finding a cogent arguement to support him.

If you notice the MAGAs here rarely back up any statements they make, ignore and ridicule research presented to them and fall back on the strumpet method, call then names and try to belittle or humiliate them as evidenced to Ragey and myself only a few posts earlier.

agreed, and ive come across the idea talking to lots of people, the real MAGA fanatics. very interestingly, i went to the TDS wiki thinking to add a section around the alternative use seeing as i had come across it so often...its locked to a higher level of contributors...first time ive seen it, I can go and edit the main F1 page (after the aussie F1)....but not the TDS one

once again i was just trying to point out that as someone that hasn;t been going round for round on most of these issues, that reading through large section of it cold, some of this stuff comes across poorly, others criticise or attack trump (rightly or wrongly)...and then you attack them

but if you're happy and thats what you were going for then fair enough

The idea that I'm the deranged one, as people sit there raging on a rugby forum, because someone has the audacity to not hate Trump to the same level as them hahaha

I'm not going to go back and quote myself, but I said originally I didn't want to engage in a Trump debate, because people don't act rationally, they rage that he's literally the devil, and there is no other standpoint, no productive conversation can be had here, emotions run too high.

I guess we will wait until the end of his term, see if the sky falls in on itself, the constitution gets ripped up, and great genocides occur on US soil, let's revisit the conversation then.

Pretty sure we have them at the county and crown level, not an expert only been once.

The above is a good summary so left is the civil and the right is criminal. Civil has family division for divorce cases etc.

I'd add there's also tribunal system for tax cases - First tier then upper tier.

I'd be embarrassed if I had posted this, this isnt even a Trump issue.

The demands are that they enact their own rules, Eric Adam's has been fighting with them for years to ban masks, Jewish alumni groups and educators have been complaining for a while that hearing chats of their eradication is unacceptable, and they reference a 5 year struggle with the government, the last 2 years being incredibly difficult.

They have only just put an online boxing and harrasmsnet policy up that is suitable for God's sake.

One of the 'demands' is "enforce existing disciplinary policies". Hahahaha

'abolish its University Judicial Board, and instead centralize all disciplinary processes under the university president — who it directs to be empowered to suspend or expel students with an appeals process.' I disagree with this, I'd prefer to keep the judiciary board.

"Columbia must also agree to hold accountable student groups who engage in violations of university policy through formal investigations, disciplinary proceedings and expulsion as appropriate, the order states."
Do you disagree with this?

"Middle East, South Asian and African Studies departments be placed under "academic receivership" - I'm not sure what that relates to, maybe their involvement in the violent take over last year? But doesn't a Dean appointed by the college lead this, meaning it's self investigating?

I mean ultimately, I havnt read the letter to CU, I'd have to go read it before commenting fully, but if the NY post claims these are the worst things what's the outrage for? Not allowing students to smash up and barricade themselves into university buildings? Keeping Jewish people safe on campus?

I havnt seen anything that attacks free speech, the idea CU doesn't punish students under their own disciplinary guidelines, hasn't had a doxxing and online harassment policy, and that Trump and Mayor Adam's are aligned on the mask issue. Is the mask ban what you mean by attack on free speech?
