Investment is a venture to realise profit. Don't think I'd class any money that has ever gone towards the Irish question as investment, especially when it's left in the control of Stormont.Didn't NI already get a **** load of UK tax payers' cash when Theresa May p1ssed away the Tory majority at the snap election and then had to go cap in hand to the DUP with a cash bribe to scrape together a majority? Throw in the benefits of single market access and they've hit the fecking jackpot although you wouldn't think it the way the DUP are acting.
I think you've been knocking back a few too many single use plastic buckfasts if you are contesting a factually accurate remark.
Wait 23 years for a Scottish Parliament Bill to be vetoed then get two in a month. Or perhaps our resident sage NMBS considers this pure coincidence and a honest Tory response to each instance, whereas there was no issue with the preceding 276 months of legislation.
Naive Mike's BS
LOLZ!
Really can't wait for that cesspit to be torn to shreds and for the full extent of the lies of the far right to be thrown in their faces. Of course all those nutters who blindly followed what Fox said won't admit they were duped, this will just be yet another conspiracy to them, attempting to "silence" the truth. That's the issue with these fuckwits, every outcome is twisted to support their pre-conceived views. Evidence presented of fraud? Well there's the fraud! No evidence of fraud and those peddling it legally found to have been lying? Well it's a cover up and conspiracy. There is no set of circumstances these people will accept to change their minds.Fox News hosts thought Trump’s election fraud claims were ‘total BS’, court filings show

Ah yeah, the old "you're only poor because you aren't slaving away for someone richer enough" attitude.Should have guess who said it.

It will be interesting to see exactly what the DUP and hardline Brexiteers will object to. If what is is being said is going to be delivered then what more do they want other than having the protocol scrapped entirely, which is never going to happen.
Is there any reason to believe that any of the conclusions she drew were in any way false? If not then it's typical Tory detection tactics. If they can produce evidence of anything untoward in how she conducted herself during the investigation then I'll listen but if it's little more than Tory mud slinging, nah I don't care about their whining.Soooo... Sue Gray?
Big tactical mistake from both her and Starmer imo, it just doesn't make any sense.
I think its a tactical mistake in that they will and can mudsling and smear despite there being no evidence to the contrary. Is there any reason to believe that any of the conclusions she drew were in any way false? I'd argue that Starmer should just push back and flat out ask the Tories if they are accusing her of any wrong doing it have any reason to think that is the case. If yes, demand evidence. If no, demand they stop baseless accusations. This only becomes an issue if there is actual evidence or if the smears go unchallenged.I think its a tactical mistake in that they will and can mudsling and smear despite there being no evidence to the contrary.
The idea Ms. Grey did anything untoward in the investigation would be laughable to anyone with a interest in politics but we know the public at large don't give a **** about that.
That said I think it'll amount to nothing unless they want to bring Johnson back but its multiple scandals and a lack of action on energy prices and inflation that bought him down. It'll shift some people and is a tactical mistake but not a massive blunder that will have any outcome of significance.
That all fine with rational people but after Brexit I think we've proven that people aren't rational with the facts put before them.I'd argue that Starmer should just push back and flat out ask the Tories if they are accusing her of any wrong doing it have any reason to think that is the case. Hell it can easily be turned signs as the Tories are baselessly carrying out a petty, vindictive attack for revenge only on an innocent.
