Comes back to what Trump said about being able to shoot someone on 5th Avenue in NY and still wouldn't lose support. Even all his current legal woes and laughable excuses are having no effect on his hard core support. He still repulses most Democrats.

So we look to those swing state voters to decide the Congress in the Mid terms.
