Scotland did what expected, VDM looks scary in attack. Didn't really see the point of playing Hogg at 10. Yeah he did fine but any time Hastings or Russell is fit he will not play there anyways.

Yeah, also out. I don't think Hogg really fancies playing at 10 and it was just complete lack of alternatives - though who wouldn't fancy an afternoon at 10 vs Italy?

Think it was only because Hastings was out - available for Glasgow but I guess excluded as not in camp. Jaco has been out too. Glad they tried it if only to show how much it didn't work - scoreboard was fine but our attack wasn't up to much!
