So far. I'm so used to the French just doing something from nothing, I'm taking nothing for granted.

For me he doesn't intentionally lift, but he raises his body which leads to the tip. Therefore he has lifted him and he's landed on his head. It was clumsy and I think yellow is fair.

That's the thing. I don't think he did raise his body. His body was raised because that's what happens in that contact. He's being forced back from a bent forwards position - which raises the body, making it no lift.

Of course, this is all just opinion, and utterly irrelevant because Wayne Barnes agreed with your interpretation, not mine

I think the commentator is right. The French are too relaxed against Scotland. They should forget about Ireland and win this game.
