The Reds have been exposed out wide defensively a few times in the match so far. Stefan Ungerer is having a good start. I just don't get the sense that the Reds are showing enough physicality, nor committing enough men to the breakdown on defense. Only thing going well for the Queensland men so far is the lineout and Kuridrani on attack.

Poor JO'C...That was one kick he'll never be able to live down. :p

das

James O'Conner making a strong case not to ever be repicked.

god I can't stop laughing, not so much because of the O'Conner clanger kick but Ungerer pulling a hamstring trying to charge down the kick, then the ball is kicked straight to him and just has to dot it down, then goes off injured hahahaha

you don't see that often

The Sharks snap their losing streak, but I don't think they have anything to be too celebrant about. The fact the Reds were within reach for a large part of that match and a try the other way could have kept the streak going is embarrassing, no offense to the Reds.

Amazing to see how downhill Genia has gone over the years. That try assist he made because he couldn't quite get there himself - surely he would have made that back in 2011. Just his decision making all round at times is part of what's holding the team back imo.

I want to see the video of O'connor and Thompson. I was thinking maybe he's learnt something since his last stint but obviously not.

Seems to me if you put this guy in a team with Beale its just going to go pear shaped again.
