Well worked try but this is really men against the boys and hope that Wales put to bed any notion that Italy are anywhere near a top team based on poor performances against them by England, Ireland and France to date!!!

I think Wales spend too much time trying to tell the referee 'Penalty', 'Holding on', 'not rolling away' - rather than actually playing. If I was a referee I'd find it very very annoying...

Aye I find it almost comical how they all raise their hands in the air before the ref has had a chance to make decision.
I'm sure it doesn't help their cause with most ref's.

Yeah Lydiate either needs to tell his captain to get the ref to watch the binding or shut up and actually push.

The loss of Adam Jones by Gatland's inept man management could cost Wales the championship!!!
The Italian front row certainly have the edge and, as always, it all starts from there.
If you add also to that that Davies has twice tried to run when the right ball was out to the wings............noticeable how little ball the Welsh wingers have seen this 6N and they are pretty darn good wingers!!!
As for Lydiate, he is not doing anything that other teams do not but, I do agree, it is beyond the acceptable and a yellow card or two would sort it........maybe to the Captain as suggested somewhere else!!
May not be a bad thing for the attacking side of the Welsh game to have 1/2d off for a while and Williams on?

Oh I wasn't referring to Lydiate, it was Roberts after the turnover. I suspect the referee was puffing to catch up!
